Another Five Star Review on Zillow -- Thank You, Doug Mahugh!

*****- Highly likely to recommend

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $525k in Seward Park, Seattle, WA.

Summary:

We turned to Ricklie to help us find a home that met our needs, aspirations, priorities and budget, and she delivered big! We looked at houses all around the areas we were interested in, and after she had seen our reaction to various properties she became an expert in what WE wanted, and eventually found us the perfect fit! Every step of the way, she was there for us, and she made herself available round the clock to answer our questions and help us understand our options. We were very comfortable having her represent us to all of the other parties involved, and with her help the closing process was a breeze, despite the fact that I was traveling quite a bit at the time for my work. Since we moved in, she has continued to be a sounding board for ideas about home improvements and decorating, from concept through providing us with references to reliable contractors and other resources. I can't imagine trying to navigate the Seattle real estate scene without her expert guidance, always delivered promptly and professionally with a smile and a great sense of humor. If you're looking to buy or sell in Seattle, she's the one!

Summary of their experience
Ricklie and Ron came highly recommended from a friend and we weren't disappointed. Far from it! When we first met Ricklie a few years ago, we weren't sure if we would buy or hold onto our place for longer. She gave us great advice and, when we decided to hold, she helped connect us with people to help us do some improvements. Ricklie and Ron aren't just looking for the short term sale -- they build relationships, and that means you can call them for advice without having to worry that they're trying to "sell" you on something. And you can trust the network they've built of people who can really get just about anything done that you need. We were impressed from the beginning and of course called the second we decided we were serious about looking for a new home. Their style is to get to know you and then take all of the pain out of the process of finding you a home. They were amazing -- covering all bases, answering all of our questions, helping us understand our options, vetting tons of places before we even walked in the door of a house, and drawing on their network to get things done quickly. Negotiations went smoothly and they worked with us to put together an offer that worked for everyone even when there were several big ticket items we had to negotiate with the seller. Their communication speed and quality is superb and they really take all of the pain out of the process. I really can't emphasize how much of the logistical burden they just handle for you and how well they manage the flow of information, so you always know where you stand and what to expect next. Finally, what I think you'll hear from everyone is that Ricklie and Ron are just a pleasure to work with. You may do business with them because they're really good at their jobs, but you'll end up inviting them to your housewarming party because you'll learn along the way that they're really delightful people, too.

The Principal Managing Broker of Lake Union, John Deely.

Satchmo_076

Our Lake Union office was again the number one producing real estate office in Seattle in November. Kudos to the man who lends his genius to all of us…our Principal Managing Broker John Deely. (aka one of Seattle’s most talented harp players…you should hear him blow'n the blues!)
