Our cat has been missing from the Lower Queen Anne area (around Taylor & Aloha) since May 9th. He is a black & white neutered male and goes by the name One. He is 10 years old and around 9-10 pounds. Please contact us asap if you see him or find him.

I took a walk on lower Queen Anne this evening and went in directions I don't normally go. While on my way back I saw a sign for a cat missing since May 9th. Something made me change my route (yet again) and a half block from where I saw the sign, after I started make noises that attract cats, one dashed by out of nowhere matching the photo on the post. I went back to the sign, called the number and told the woman where to come to look for what I hoped was her missing cat (it darted under the house listed by my colleague Laurie Way!). I just got a call. It was the cat's owner and indeed it was her missing cat! She called to say thanks. After being gone a full week, she's got her treasured cat back home safe and sound.

By the way, I asked her how the cat was doing and she said it wouldn’t stop crying. I believe that kitteny (aka “One”) is telling stories of the past week and all his adventures of survival.

Welcome home “One” -- your safe reunion made my day. - Ricklie
