Ricklie is an amazing agent! She helped us buy our first home ever and I can truly say without Ricklie's comprehensive help we would have been lost.
We were relatively new to the Seattle area at the time and she took us all around the area - even when she knew the neighborhood would not be to our liking, she patiently showed us the home anyways so we could get a good sense firsthand of the true nature of different parts of the city. Ricklie helped us feel good about our financial range and showed us the full range of what was available that we could afford. She helped us understand all of the details of the process, spent extra time writing a letter to the sellers on our behalf, and consoled us when our first offer was not accepted. We ALWAYS felt safe and well-represented by Ricklie. The best part is the story continues - we are still friends with Ricklie today and in touch regularly. A year or so after we bought our home she spent time talking with my father about the possibility of buying a rental property and what the market was like for that. When our crawl space flooded after the sump pump stopped working she was immediately in touch and recommended an amazing and honest plumber that we could work with. And here and there when we get the idea that we'd like to buy a rental property ourselves she is always available to show us a house and help analyze the pros and cons of the endeavor. I HIGHLY recommend Ricklie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She goes the extra mile for her clients, is extremely responsive, and very honest and forthcoming.
