I just found this photo taken almost two years ago to the day at the closing table here at our office on Lake Union. It's always a joy when you get your clients the results they need, but bittersweet when people you care about so much move away. I had the joy of working two transactions with Kim and Mike (and on the second one, with their son Harper!). Seattle's not quite the same without them around.
